1. Cause analysis
Most of these failures are caused by the influence of the measurement medium or the external environment, such as strong magnetic fields, strong electromagnetic waves, and are therefore usually noticed away from strong magnetic fields. Sewage flow meters should meet electromagnetic compatibility requirements and be normal for radiated electromagnetic field environments and not cause instrument performance or improper operation in such environments. In addition, strong radio waves on pipes and pipes can also be a source of interference. After the external interference is eliminated, the fault can be eliminated. In order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement, this type of failure cannot be ignored. In some production environments, the circuit board of the sewage flowmeter can cause fluctuations in the output value due to large vibrations in the pipe or liquid.
2. Solutions
(1) Electromagnetic interference caused by external current, etc. Check the instrument operating environment for large electrical or electric welding machines to confirm instrument grounding and operation.
(2) Confirm whether it is the cause of the operator's operation, and the fluid does have pulsation. At this time, the flow meter reflects the flow conditions, and the fault can be eliminated after the pulsation.
(3) After the sewage flowmeter is properly grounded, the effect of most pipes can be avoided.
(4) The transmitter circuit board is a plug-in structure, and the power supply board of the flowmeter is usually caused by the field measurement tube or liquid vibration. If loose, the flowmeter transilluminator can be removed and the circuit board reattached.
(5) When the pipe is not filled with liquid or air bubbles in the liquid, both are caused by the process. At this point, the handler may be required to return to normal after the liquid is a tube or bubble.
